Cancellation policy

We are a small scale business with only 6 lodges, in an extremely busy area, so it’s definitely a good idea to book in advance.

We know that organising holidays can be challenging, and that sometimes things do not go according to plan… We ask for your understanding and suggest you contact your insurance company first if you have to cancel your stay with us.

Our cancellation policy is strict: if you cancel 30 days in advance we will try to find some new dates with you in order to reschedule your stay, but the total price can be different. If you can’t reschedule your stay, or if you cancel with less than 30 days notice, we will not be able to issue any refund. We look forward to welcoming you!
