We are a small scale business with only 6 lodges, in an extremely busy area, so it’s definetely a good idea to book in advance.
However, we know that organising your holidays can be sometimes challenging, and that sometimes things do not go according to plan. That’s life!
Our cancellation policy is flexible: if you cancel 30 days in advance we will issue a full refund. If you have to cancel less than 30 days in advance, we will try to find some new dates with you in order to reschedule your stay. If you can’t reschedule your stay, we will refund 50% of the total amount. Please note that cancellations with less than 14 days notice are not refundable.
