Reviews are always a big part of our guests journey to prepare their stay. Under new management since March 2023, we are always grateful to see the vast majority & numerous positive reviews left by the people from all over the world that stayed with us. It warms our heart and it is the best reward for the effort and pride we put into providing our amazing guests the best possible experience.
We also give a lot of importance to the less positive feedback received and we have to say, we agreed to most comments and we thought appropriate to list a few things that have already changed since our arrival :
Improved signage, change of the driveway and road entrance, better channels of communication to reach us.
We have also improved the path to the lodges, with handrails and anti-slip materials on the steps. Inside most of the lodges better towel rails have been installed.
We are continuously working towards improving our guests experiences, and one thing that will not change is the smile that you will get upon arrival and the magical feeling you get when you step foot inside your lodge.
